The overall process for claiming vouchers was made very simple, resulting in a high conversion rate. Users can claim the vouchers either on our partner's website or mobile app. To make it easy for them, we automatically copy the voucher code when they are ready to claim it.

As part of the project, we introduced a subscription status feature on the Premium page. It helps users to stay informed about their subscription status, such as when it's about to end or if there are any payment problems. My deep understanding of the Indonesian market helped us define the right strategy for informing users about changes to their subscription. Additionally, the new subscription management module makes it easy for users to fix any payment issues.
